Dr. Sonia Chopra
Dr. Chopra is a board-certified endodontist, TEDx speaker, Forbes contributor, author, endodontic instructor, and founder of Ballantyne Endodontics in Charlotte, NC. Through her award-winning endodontic CE course, E-School, she teaches tangible lessons to make root canals simple.
Dr. Kimberly Harms
Dr. Kimberly Harms has been around the block in dentistry and in life! She has served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Public Health Service, a dental school professor, a grief counselor, a death doula, a civil mediator, a clinical dentist (30 years) with her late husband Jim in Farmington Minnesota, a school board Chair, President of an international women’s organization, the first woman President of the Minnesota Dental Association, a National Spokesperson for the American Dental Association (21 years), an award-winning, bestselling author and international speaker. She has also suffered many personal losses, including the suicide deaths of her mother and son and the death from heart disease of her husband. Her most important role is as a mother to her two surviving children and grandmother to 6 precious grandchildren.
Leanne Burnett & Valerie Menzel
Leanne Burnett is a Gallup-Trained Strengths Coach and Human Resources Consultant who has been inspired by the transformative power of Strengths. Together with Valerie Menzel, she specializes in team-building seminars in business. Leanne also provides one-on-one coaching using the Strengths model to executives and other individuals seeking to maximize their impact. In addition to public speaking, Leanne’s specialties include: Executive Coaching, Business Issue Coaching, Career Coaching, Personal Life Coaching, Employee Engagement, and Using Strengths for Conflict Resolution.
Valerie Menzel is a Gallup-trained Strengths Coach as well as a corporate team leader and developer of people. Her specialties include: Team-Building Seminars, One-on-One Coaching and Customized Interpersonal Strengths Sessions. Valerie’s work experience includes hosting and producing television shows, public speaking, voiceover work, managing outreach for one of the nation’s most respected nonprofits and 15 years of producing photo shoots and managing the Creative Planning department of a Fortune 500 cosmetics company.
Maggie Augustyn
The moment she returned from her first mental breakdown in college, as she watched people whisper and point in her direction, she made a promise to herself that one day… one day… she will help create a world where actions like that are no longer welcome, where no one feel as alone and trapped as she had in that instant. Well, that day is here, 25 years later. Augustyn reads, researches, writes and speaks on the things that make us human, that make us hurt and that make us come alive. Her personal mission is to ignite people to journey towards a less tainted self-actualization.

Deb Carrier
Debora’s many years as a high fashion model and dental hygienist put her on a path to help healthcare providers dress and act confidently in their many roles. Her combined passion of fashion and dressing professionally led her to develop stylish, quality uniforms. She also speaks on the importance of image and branding. Downtime is spent at the lake with family, friends, and her beautiful pug Vivienne!

Refund Policy
Prior to July 31, 2023, registrants may receive a full 100% refund of their event registration. Between August 1, 2023 and August 31, 2023, a 50% refund may be issued. After September 1, 2023, we cannot allow any refunds of tickets purchased, for any reason. If you find that you are unable to go, your ticket is transferable and you may sell your ticket to a friend or colleague. This sale of a ticket outside of the original purchase, is the attendee's sole responsibility. Once the transfer has been made, you must contact DeW with the name and contact information of the purchaser.
