She most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Snyder’s-Lance, a global manufacturer and marketer of snack foods. In this role, Andrea played an integral role in the company’s transformation to drive operational improvements, accelerate positive culture changes and grow leadership capabilities.
