“Naomi and the Widows' Club,” featuring Dr. Kim Harms
In this episode of the Just DeW It podcast, Anne Duffy is joined by Dr. Kim Harms. Dr. Harms is a retired clinical dentist, a national speaker, and a former grief counselor.
Dr. Harms discusses with Anne a difficult period of grief in her life, when she was given some incredible advice by Naomi Rhode about how to process that grief. Rhode later became her mentor when they met again 20 years later, and after Dr. Harms’ husband died, they formed The Widows’ Club. Wanting to share this community feeling with the world, Dr. Harms and Naomi wrote “Naomi and The Widows’ Club.”
