In this episode of the Just DeW It podcast, Anne Duffy is joined by Laura Collatz, DDS. Dr. Collatz is the owner of Enchanted Smiles Family Dentistry.

Anne and Dr. Collatz discuss the tragic accident that caused Dr. Collatz to have to drop out of dental school, and the encouragement from her peers some years later that led her to go back to finally become a dentist. Dr. Collatz describes purchasing her dream practice, and her process of building trust with the existing client base. She and Anne agree upon the importance of goal setting, and Dr. Collatz even shares with the listeners a letter she wrote to herself one year ago, where she accurately predicted all of her accomplishments of the following year.
