DeW hosts quarterly virtual events focused on personal development, professional development, and connection!

Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 7:00-8:30pm EST. The event includes breakout sessions, followed by a virtual happy hour to connect with your DeW community!

This DeW Learning Crew is for both participants who are unfamiliar with Gallup Strengths, and also for those who would like a brush-up on Strengths prior to our deeper dive into Strengths for the upcoming DeW Retreat. We will explain all 34 of Gallup’s Strengths, and help participants understand how their Strengths are alive and already at work in their lives! It brings a deep self-awareness, and is a “must watch” in preparation for the deeper Strengths work we will be engaging in at the DeW Retreat in November. We hope to see many of you there!
